A formulation of 18 naturally occurring amino acids in their free forms, including nine essential amino acids and 5-HTP. Contains no L-Tryptophan. 5-HTP is in the same metabolic pathway as L-Tryptophan, and is the immediate precursor to serotonin and melatonin.
