5. Further into the shopping cart, in the 'Special
Instructions" section please indicate which of the shipping method you
would
like to choose ...... as shown below:
Shipping Method A:
UPS Worldwide Express
This shipping method is the fastest possible
to Australia. Your order will typically arrive in 1 to 4 working days
(Monday thru Friday)
- depending upon Australian Custom's workload.
This option allows us full tracking and parcel
monitoring capabilities so we can 'see' where your products are
along the shipping path.
Just as importantly, this method has full
insurance. Should your order be lost or destroyed, we will issue a
full refund to you with 7 business days.
Finally, United Parcel Service has an
excellent relationship with the Customs Authorities in your country.
While this does not guarantee rapid movement through Customs, it
certainly improves your chances for speedier service and hassle-free
transit.
Your cost to ship Australia is $59.75
USD [this is for parcels up to 2 lbs. (.9 kilos)]
Please Note: If your order
weighs more than this, we'll send you an e-mail (and/or call you)
letting you know the exact shipping options and costs.
Shipping Method B:
and
USPS Global Express
This shipping method is the 2nd fastest
possible to Australia. Your order will typically arrive in 4 to
10 days working days (Monday thru Friday) - depending upon Australian Custom's workload.
Global Express is a partnership between the
United States Postal Service and Australia Post. It
allows us partial tracking and parcel monitoring capabilities
so we can better gauge the status of where your products are along
the shipping path.
Should your order be lost or destroyed, we can
file a claim for loss on your behalf. Unfortunately, there is no
guaranteed re-imbursement in this case. All we can do is file a
claim and hope the Postal Services refund us. Also, the time of
settlement - and thus, re-payment/refund to you - is 60 to 90 days.
Your cost to ship Australia is $29.75
USD [this is for parcels up to 2 lbs. (.9 kilos)]
Please Note: If your order
weighs more than this, we'll send you an e-mail (and/or call you)
letting you know the exact shipping options and costs.
Method C: USPS Global Priority
This is the most cost effective shipping
method to Australia. It is also the slowest - your order will
typically arrive in 9 to 28 days working days (Monday thru
Friday) - depending upon Australian Custom's
workload.
Global Priority is again a partnership between the
United States Postal Service and Australian Post. It
allows us NO tracking and parcel monitoring capabilities, so
unfortunately we can not 'see' the status of your products are
along the shipping path.
Should your order be lost or destroyed, there
is NO RECOURSE and NO REFUNDS offered with this method. If it is
lost, you lose both the cost of the order as well as shipping.
Your cost to ship Australia is $21.30
USD [this is for parcels up to 2 lbs. (.9 kilos)]
Please Note: If your order
weighs more than this, we'll send you an e-mail (and/or call you)
letting you know the exact shipping options and costs.
