U.S.A. Shipping Guidelines

Our standard ground shipping charge is $4.90 per order within the Continental United States on most products (though not Metagenics).¹ ²

We offer FREE SHIPPING on select products on orders totally over $100 within the Continental United States (though not Metagenics).¹ ².

Timing of Shipping: Your order will ship out with the first available shipping provider (see below) after we receive your request. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipping partners. We reserve the right to use any of these carriers to insure the best and fastest service possible.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm Eastern Time are processed and usually shipped out on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST are typically processed and shipped out the next business day. Guaranteed Next Day and guaranteed 2nd Day Air orders will receive special consideration after the 12:00 pm cut-off and may well go out that same day (although this is not guaranteed after the noon deadline).

Back Orders: In the rare event a popular item is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on 'temporary back-order status'.

If the delay is going to be significantly lengthy, we will let you know via e-mail and/or telephone.

The moment we have your back-ordered item back in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. If you order contains multiple items, we will ship those product we have on hand at the time of the original order, and send any back ordered items once they arrive in our warehouse.  No extra shipping charge will be incurred by you for back-order shipping.

Returns: Should you choose to return a product, you are entitled to a 100% refund of new, unopened, re-saleable products ... if they are returned with 30 days of purchase.  This is does NOT apply to frozen and heat sensitive products such as CarTCell, NatCell, Steady On, Take Heart, Symbiotics, etc. ... these products are simply NOT returnable.

Important: We can not (and do not) accept returns on products that have been opened, used or have their safety seals broken.

Help Us Help You: Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address you provide is incorrect or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. Don't forget those apartment, suite and unit numbers and your daytime telephone number. Please be precise in the Shopping Cart!

Special considerations:
¹ On a small percentage of items, their weight, bulk and/or special qualities (i.e. need for refrigeration) requires a slightly higher shipping amount and/or method. If this is the case, it will be clearly noted on that product's web page near the Price and "Add to My Cart" button (look for the special shipping information link).

In these cases, the $4.90 Standard Shipping Charge & "Shipping Free Over $100 Offer" do NOT apply.

² Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or US Virgin Islands are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $7.90 via USPS Priority Mail¹ - if under two pounds. Orders to these destinations weighing over two pounds will have their actual shipping cost calculated after we receive your order. This amount will appear on your final product e-receipt -or - we may send a separate e-receipt for the shipping charge - whichever method expedites your order.

² AOP-FPO Addresses are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $5.90 via USPS Priority Mail¹ - if under two pounds. Orders to these destinations weighing over two pounds will have their actual shipping costs calculated after we receive your order. This amount will appear on your final product e-receipt -or - we may send a separate e-receipt for the shipping charge - whichever method expedites your order.

Military Personnel: Due to current world events, our delivery partners inform us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

Next Day or other Express Delivery

For orders within Continental U.S.A., you can indicate your desire for Next Day or other Express Delivery directly in our shopping cart. Simply select the "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day Air" option shown in the shipping section of our shopping cart.

The Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air rates shown above apply to packages up to 2 lbs. Above that weight, we will have their actual shipping cost calculated and charged to your credit card. You can verify these costs beforehand by calling us at 800.819.6742, or you can e-mail us.

Next Day & Express deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, other U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses are not always possible (depending upon actual geographic location) and if they are available, the cost to ship will likely be above that shown in the chart above. If Express delivery is possible to your location, we'll let you know via e-mail and/or telephone.

If the shipping costs in these situations are higher, we will have their actual shipping cost calculated and charged to your credit card. You can verify these costs beforehand by calling us at 800.819.6742, or you can e-mail us.

In all cases, the $4.90 Standard Ground Shipping does NOT apply to Next Day & Express Deliveries. Also, the "Free Shipping on Orders Over $100" does NOT apply to Next Day & Express Deliveries.
